Cancellation Policy

A $20.00 deposit fee is required upon consultation for booking your preferred appointment time for all services except color services. Color services will require a non refundable deposit fee of 50% of your agreed upon estimated total service fee after prior consultation. All deposit fees will go towards the total of your bill. What this does is ensures your appointment time since I do work by appointment only, I pay for my chair and time in the salon, as well as products to help give you the hair you dream of. This way I can make sure I am fully available FOR YOU! With all that said, I do understand LIFE HAPPENS! ●If you need to reschedule: JUST LET ME KNOW! We can put your deposit towards your rescheduled appointment! ●If you cannot reschedule/need to cancel: I do ask to let me know AT MINUMUM: ✨️48 hours BEFORE your scheduled appointment time to recieve your refund deposit (not applicable for color services) Failure to communicate will result in a 20% cancelation fee for your service. ●If you are running late: I ask that you at least let me know ahead of time. I will give you a 10 MINUTE GRACE PERIOD Anytime over 10 min. I will ask you that you reschedule. Failure to follow this policy will result in forfeit of your deposit and a cancelation fee of 20%. Meaning, if you no-call no-show, I will not re-book with you and you will recieve a fee of 20% of your service total. I cannot help you if I don't understand what's going on! Special instances (i.e. emergencies) I will honor! I am a human too, I get it! Some times things come up & emergencies occur! That's life!
